Northwest Airlines - Northwest Airlines offers special meeting fares for attendees of the Hawaii International Conference who use the Worldfile number below when they book their reservations.  Simply call (or have your travel agent call) 1-800-328-1111 and refer to Worldfile Number NY284.  Call early as seats may be limited.  You may also book your ticket online using the Worldfile number by following these instructions:
